Welcome to Prospect School! As we gear up for the new school year, we're sending along the enclosed documents for the mandatory New York State School Health Examination and Dental Health Certification. Additionally, it's required for students attending NYS public schools to receive their vaccinations from their primary pediatrician before the school year begins.
